Raise your voice for a cleaner India

Hi There.
How many times have you faced a situation when you have to raise your voice until some takes you seriously ?
I have had to do this like a million times because people tend to ignore you until you give them a meaningful reason and stick it to them until they realise that you are right and they have been wrong all along.

The same was the case with Montu, no one took him seriously and as a result his life was pretty miserable to say at least.
All said and done, strepsils helped him gain his voice and made him speak up about what was right. Watch his story at http://www.abmontubolega.com/ and get inspired. You can also follow him on Facebook & Twitter :)

Strepsils has launched this amazing campaign where you make your voice your power and help people understand their mistakes and make a difference.
The campaign is known as "The Power of Voice to Clean India".

What is most true is how the general state has been depicted by the campaign -

"There are places that need cleaning, people who deserve your attention & authorities who need to hear your opinions! Don't be a silent spectator. Raise your voice and make a difference.
We know that raising our voices against all that is dirty in our country is a power that we all have. Let’s exercise the power of our voice & work towards a Swach Bharat.
Kyuki Bin Bole Ab Nahi Chalega #AbMontuBolega.  "

Montu is just a guy like us and the campaign has used him to create such a great message of "Clean India". In a country like India if you never speak up you can never be taken seriously. You have to literally grab other person's throat in order to make him listen to you. Even if you manage to pinpoint someone's wrong doings, you have to make sure that he is taught to never repeat the same mistake again.

We all see our friends, colleagues, classmates, relatives littering away as they wish and as they feel. What could you do you ask ? You could use your "Power of Voice" and help them understand what they did wrong. We all have to work collectively on this single motive to have a dream come true, which is a Cleaner India.
You will have to speak up even if it is your superior and you find him throwing away a wrapper of chips on the roadside. Forget all about the command chain because country is our number one priority and everyone is equal when it comes to that.
Raising voice does not mean you have to use a high pitched voice for every small thing, it basically means using your reason and intellect to make the other person realise what he did was wrong and he shouldn't repeat the same mistake in future.

I am sure no one would mind a good lecture which helps them improve. As our PM Modi stresses, that Swach Bharat is a goal that can't be attained alone, you have to take everyone towards it and help them realise how good it would be to live in a cleaner India.

So lets pledge to raise our voice against anything that results in Nation's harm, whether it is your boss or your Dad, no one's allowed to litter India.

I take the pledge. Do you ?
